Location-Based Pricing

Our pricing is structured for properties within the Vancouver Mainland and the Greater Toronto Area. Any listings outside of these areas will incur an additional transportation fee.

Standard Package Inclusions

All prices include a total shoot duration of two hours. The timing for this package begins upon the videographer's arrival at the shoot location.

Additional Time and Charges

In the event of any delays during the shoot, such as unprepared listings or issues caused by the realtor, after the initial two-hour package, an additional cost of $90 per hour will be applied. This fee covers the extended time required to complete the shoot.

What do we need to do to book you as our videographer photographer and secure our date?

We need two things to secure your booking for your video / photo shoot date. First step: Before shooting anything, we offer a FREE primary consultation meeting where we will discover and deeply understand your business, needs, and goals. Second step is to signed agreement. Once these steps are completed, we’re all yours!

What kinds of payment do you accept?

We prefer and gladly accept Interac Email Money Transfers

When can I make the payment?

We prefer to receive the payment by email money transfer after the final edited video / photos are sent to you. We want to make sure that you are 100% happy with the final product.
